Esther knows that honest encounters create a lasting impact and for more than ten years she has been dedicated to creating them.
From designing and creating a Burning Man retreat in the Mediterranean Coast to organizing Hackathons or Brand events, her work at Typeform was to create an authentic and inclusive Company Culture, aligned with the values and objectives of the startup. Then, she joined Gsma to lead the content of the 4YFN Tech Conference for twenty thousand people in Barcelona.
Prior to this, she worked for Procter & Gamble and Filmalia, produced a documentary funded by the European Commission and directed another on artistic correspondences between artists from Spain and Morocco. During her time in the Spanish startup scene, she worked accelerating startups for StartupBootcamp IoT & Data Barcelona. Esther has dedicated part of her life to the study of yoga, experimental theatre, meditation and personal growth.
Today she is the founder of Deep Business Connection, a company that helps companies in the deepest and most authentic way: from the essence, vulnerability and respect. Her tools are the mind, body, heart and spirit. The experiences she provides are intimate and authentic that contribute to a life living us. That is why Esther is committed to creating these moments so that we can really look inward and thus give some truth outward.
